The Activities module is the section where you create and manage business tasks, events, and calls. Every activity has very important information like date, time, priority level, and notification parameters related to the record or business activities.
Call: You have the option to keep track of calls from leads and customers along with the initiated, or follow-up, calls made by sales executives to the leads or customers.
Meeting: Meetings are activities that happen at a certain time and in a certain place. In Krayin CRM, you have the option to create recurring meetings, set reminders, and invite people to the meeting.
Task: It can be defined as pieces of work that need to be completed before a set deadline. In Krayin CRM, the user can create recurring tasks and set task reminders.
The Activities tab is available in the Krayin CRM dashboard, go to Dashboard -> Lead -> Open Lead -> Activity
Here you have to fill in the details as shown below:
Title: Here you need to write the Title of the activity.
Type: From the drop-down, you need to select the type of activity like call, meeting.
Description: In the Section, you need to write a detailed description related to the activity.
Scheduled: From the Scheduled action select date and timing for the activity.
Participants: From here you can add participants (Users) and Save that activity.
After the creation of the activity, you can see it in the Activities tab directly. You can also find out your desired activity when you click on Yesterday, Today, This Week, This Month, and Custom according to created date and time.
Custom: When you click on the Custom tab, then select the Date Range from the Calendar and click on Done, then you will find your desired activity.
Edit or Delete the Activity: By using the Actions tab you can edit or delete the activity as shown in the image.
Here you can use the Filter tab to find out the desired activity.
Created By: In this section, you need to click on created by then you have to select users from the drop-down like Admin, Sales Manager, etc.
Is Done: In this section, you need to select Yes or No from the drop-down, It depends on whether the activity is done or not.
Scheduled From: Select the start and end date from the calendar, when the activity was started.
Scheduled To: In this tab, you need to select the date of activity from the Calendar.
Created Date: In this section, you need to select the creation date of the activity.
When you click on Remove All then all selected conditions will remove and you can see all the activities.
Now you can see your planned activities in the Calendar view and you can directly edit those activities also.
