  • How do we add a new product attribute in CRM?

    You can add a new product attribute in Krayin CRM from the Settings panel to collect extra data and customize modules.

    Steps to add:

    • Go to Admin Panel >> Settings >> Attributes.
    • Click “Add Attribute”.
    • Fill basic details like Code, Name, etc.
    • Choose options such as Required and Unique.
    • Click Save Attribute to apply changes.
