In today’s fast-paced business world, efficiency is everything. Here we have introduced Krayin OCR

Manually entering leads from documents like PDFs can be time-consuming and prone to errors.

But what if you could instantly convert documents into leads with just a few clicks? That’s exactly what Krayin CRM’s new OCR feature brings to the table!

Steps to use OCR Feature.

Step 1– Login to the admin panel of Krayin CRM then click on Configurations >> Magic AI option as shown below.

Step 2 – Now enable the General Settings and PDF generation and add the details.

1) API Key: Create an API key after creating an account from Openrouter.

2) Models: Now select the AI model from the dropdown Krayin CRM supports GPT-4.0, GPT-4.0 mini, Gemini 2.0 flash-001, Deepseek R1 Distill-llama-8b, Llama 3.2 3b Instruct, Grok 2.12 models.

3) Other Models: Additionally, you can add other AI Models you need to add Model ID from the Openrouter.

At last, click on Save Configuration button.

Step 3 – Now go to the Leads Upload File button will be visible now after enabling the Magic AI configuration.

Step 4 – Now click on the Upload File Button from the top right corner then the popup form will be opened add your PDF for creating a lead.

Additionally, you can download a sample pdf as shown below. Also, you can add pdf, bmp, jpg, jpeg, png extensions.

At last click on the Save button.

Step 5 – New lead is created successfully in the kanban view with the added details.
