Login to your Krayin CRM, go to Dashboard ⇾ Setting ⇾ Workflow, here you can see create workflow button then click there.
While creating the workflow in Krayin, you need to fill basic details:
- Enter the name of the event.
- Write the description of the event.
- In the event, you have to select the Lead, Activities, Person or Quotes and inside that you need to select the actions like create, update or deleted.
- You can set conditions, for specific Events, and are triggered on specific occasions.
- Next, you have to add the action and choose the action from the dropdown.
- Hit on the “Save as Workflow” to create.
Use of filter in Workflow:
Sometimes it’s very difficult to find out the desired item, for that you can use filter. Go to filter, put ID and Name there and can find out your desired workflow.
Edit workflow:
While you edit the workflow, then you have to go to Dashboard ⇾ Setting ⇾ Workflows ⇾ Edit workflow and that save as workflow or go back then you can see the edited workflow.
