How can we find a specific group quickly in CRM?
You can quickly find a group in Krayin CRM using the built in filter option available in the Groups section. This helps you avoid scrolling through long lists manually.
- Go to Settings >> Groups from the dashboard.
- Use the Filter bar at the top of the groups list.
- Search by Group Name if you know it.
- Or, search using the Group ID for a more precise match.
