  • What is the process to create an email template in CRM?

    The process for creating an email template in a CRM is accessed through the admin dashboard. 

    • Go to  Settings >> Email Templates.
    • Click on Create Template.
    • Add a name, subject line, and body content.
    • Use placeholders to pull dynamic data like lead or customer details.
    • Click Save to store the template.

    An email template can be reused in campaigns, workflows, or direct communication, saving time and ensuring a consistent brand voice.
