In Krayin CRM, create dynamic email templates with placeholders and reuse them for leads, quotes, activities, and contacts. This guide shows you how
Log in to your Krayin CRM account, open the Dashboard, and navigate to Settings ⇾ Email Templates.
Click Email Templates to open the “Email Templates page“. Here, you can see a list of already created templates (if any).
On the top-right corner, you will find a button “Create Email Template”. Click on this button to start creating a new template.
When creating from scratch, you can add a template name, subject, and content. Select dynamic placeholders from the dropdown to automatically fill values when you send the email.
Name of Template: Enter a unique name for your template.
Template Subject: In the subject line, you can use placeholders such as {%leads.title%}
or {%leads.lead_value%}
. The placeholders pull values from the lead record when you send the email.
Content of Template: While writing the email body, you can also add placeholders from the dropdown menu. Each placeholder will display the actual value of the selected entity in the email.
For example:
Once placeholders are added, the system will replace them with real-time data whenever the template is used. This ensures each recipient gets personalised emails without manual editing.
You can search existing templates by ID, Name, or Subject. You can also clone or edit an existing template instead of creating one from scratch.
Before using, you can preview your designed email template to ensure that placeholders are correctly displaying the dynamic values.
That’s all about creating and using Email Templates in Krayin CRM. With placeholders, you can make your emails fully dynamic and personalized.
If you have more details or questions, you can reply to the received confirmation email.
